Shipping policy
All orders are processed for shipment within 1-2 business days of being placed. During sale periods, please allow and additional 1-2 business days to dispatch your order. Please note that online orders are not processed over weekends or public holidays. The delivery time may vary depending on the destination postcode. Rest assured, tracking is provided for all our shipping methods.

Missed Deliveries
Orders shipped from CXYL within Australia by default are sent with authority to leave.
Australia Post will capture a signature wherever possible however if no one is home, and if the courier determines there is a safe place for the parcel, it can be left at the address - Australia Post will record a proof of delivery in this instance.
If it is not safe, a missed delivery card will be left in your letter box detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.
As per Australia's Posts guidelines, you'll have 10 business days to collect it before the item is returned to the sender. When you collect a parcel or letter from the Post Office, we'll ask you to show ID proving that you're either:
- the person it's addressed to (the 'addressee')
- someone who's authorised to collect on the addressee's behalf
International Deliveries
We only ship within Australia and New Zealand at this time. If you are interested in shipping an order internationally, please contact us at hello@cxyl.com.au and we will check if arrangements can be made. Please note, international shipping will be subject to shipping fees, customs, taxes and duties.
